An honest note about where questions land, because it is not here.
We keep no mailbox
There is no address on this page and no form below it, because we would rather say that plainly than print a line that bounces. Every question about a piece you are holding or thinking about buying reaches us the same way: through the message centre on the listing at our retail partner. Open the product page, ask there, and it comes to the same bench.
What we answer well
Tile counts, rack dimensions, whether a mat clears your table, which bag holds which set, what a face means. Those come from the workshop and we answer them properly.
What we cannot see
Anything about an order already placed. Where the parcel is, when it lands, changing an address, sending something back. Our retail partner holds all of that and we hold none of it. Their account pages have the tracking and their support answers far quicker than we could relay it.
Before you write
The measurement questions come round often enough that the answers already live on the site. Every product page carries the tile count and the face size, and the questions page collects the rest. If it is not there, write and it probably will be.
What we are working on
If a piece of the table is missing from our catalog, that is worth an email too. Several of our extras exist because somebody wrote to say their group kept improvising the same thing out of household objects.
