How it travels
We make the set. Our retail partner keeps it, packs it and gets it to you.
Who moves the box
Every buy button here opens a product page at our retail partner. From that point the order belongs to them: stock, packing, carrier, delivery estimate and tracking. We do not hold inventory and we do not run a checkout, so the times and options you see at their basket are the real ones.
What the estimate depends on
Their delivery window varies by address, by the speed you choose at their checkout and by whether the piece is in stock at the moment you order. It is shown before you confirm anything and it is shown again on their order page afterwards.
Tracking a parcel
The tracking lives in your account with our retail partner, under the order in question. Nothing about it reaches us, so writing here only adds a step.
Packing, from our side
What we control is the box the set arrives in. Tiles ride in trays rather than loose, racks sit in their own sleeves, and the printed bags and aluminum cases are rigid enough to be the shipping protection rather than needing their own. A set that has been in a van should sound the same when you open it as it did when it left.
If it turns up damaged
Start with our retail partner, since the delivery is theirs. Then tell us, because a box that fails in transit is a box we want to redesign.
