If it misses
Sometimes the mat is an inch too wide or the tiles are the wrong game. Here is how that gets sorted.
The return runs through the shop, not through us
Because the order is placed at the store, the return is handled on that side, under the policy shown on the product page at the moment you buy. The order page there has the button that starts it and the instructions that follow.
What that policy covers
The window, the condition the piece needs to be in, who pays to send it back and how the money comes back are all set by the store and printed on its pages. We do not set those terms and we cannot bend them, so anything we told you here would just be a stale copy.
Avoiding the return in the first place
Two mistakes account for most of them. A mat bought without measuring the flat area between four seats, and American racks bought for Chinese tiles, which are half an inch too wide for the groove. Both are on every product page, and the table builder asks about them before it shows you anything.
Tell us what missed
The contact page says where a note reaches us, and it is worth sending. We cannot move your return along, but a piece that keeps coming back is a piece we have described badly or built wrong, and that is ours to fix.
